Essential Solutions Mental Health will check your benefits, request authorizations, and submit claims on your behalf. Most insurance plans will cover mental health. Essential Solutions Mental Health accepts most insurance plans. We also accept EAP (Employee Assistance Program) sessions. Please bring your insurance card to the first appointment.
Essential Solutions Mental Health has a billing team who will check your benefits, request authorizations, and submit claims on your behalf. We will contact your insurance company to obtain a quote of benefits — which is not an absolute guarantee of coverage. Your clinician will explain your coverage prior to the first session and review during the first session.
If you choose to use your health insurance benefits, please note that you are responsible for all deductibles and copays, as determined by your insurance plan. We will collect your co-payment at each session. We accept cash, check, HSA cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. We also accept self-pay clients for therapy and evaluations. All benefit claims will be submitted by us to your insurance.
